DELRAY MARKETPLACE COULD BREAK GROUND THIS SPRING

Soon a 300,000 sq ft project that has been discussed for three years will be going up in West Delray Beach at the corner of West Atlantic Avenue and Lyons Road between the Florida Turnpike and 441. Lyons is being extended from Boynton Beach Boulevard south to Atlantic Avenue, which will be widened. The location provides easy access from Boca Raton, Delray Beach and Boynton Beach.
